BOOKING CONDITIONS:

 Reservation confirmation:

- confirmation of the reservation is 30% of the reservation amount and the rest payable no longer than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policies:

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 91 days before the arrival date, 10% of the reservation amount
- 90 days before the arrival date, the prepayment amount

Additional notes:

Check-in schedule: from 15:00-20:00
Check-out schedule: till 8:00-10:00

Please contact us a week before arrival to inform us of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

*Minimum stay: 6 days

*The prices are valid for 6 pers. Every additional person +7% of Price and 10€ for cleaning / pers.
